FREQUENTLY ASKED

Answers, before you call.

  • How do I schedule my first appointment?

Call our office at (609) 251-6947 to speak with our office manager. Please have your insurance information available so we can verify coverage and match you with the right clinician.

  • Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major plans, including Aetna, AmeriHealth, Highmark, Horizon BCBS, Independence BCBS, Magellan, Medicaid, and United Healthcare. If your carrier isn't listed, give us a call — we may still be in-network through a partner plan.

  • What should I expect at my first session?

Your first session is a conversation. Your clinician will learn about what brought you in, your history, and your goals. Together you'll begin shaping a path forward at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer secure, virtual sessions for established and new clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, in addition to in-person visits at our Mt. Laurel office.

  • How long are sessions and how often will we meet?

Standard sessions are 45–55 minutes. Frequency is tailored to you — most clients begin weekly and adjust as progress allows.

  • Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is foundational to our work. We follow HIPAA and professional ethical standards, with limited exceptions required by law that your clinician will review with you.
